This is a  Kanstul Model ZKT 1501 Professional model trumpet in Excellent Condition. The trumpet has been owned and maintained by a professional trumpet player and instructor  since new.   The valves are high-quality monel valves used by many on their professional line of trumpets.

The valves are in great shape with excellent compression and the slides are all fluid and free.  There were a couple of extremely minor dings we found as shown in one of the photos but can only be seen upon very close inspection.

These models list for $3100 and sell new for well over $2000.  Our price is well less than 1/2 new list price and this horn is in excellent, near mint condition.  Included with the trumpet is the case shown but no mouthpiece is included.

Information from Kanstul and the previous owner are as follows:

From Kanstul: An all around performer with quick response, bright centered sound, and even registers. Medium large bore, double braced, silver plated.  Bore = 0.460" Bell Dia. = 4 7/8" Length = 19 1/8" Weight = 2.5 lbs.

From Previous Owner: The Kanstul 1501 is their version of a Calicchio 1s/7. It's a beautiful horn and I have used it in just about every imaginable setting. This horn records VERY well, the sound is very present on a microphone, sounds wonderful live as well. There are a couple of small dings from a trumpet stand.  Horn has always been maintained with the highest amount of care; usually two chem baths a year (needed when you play 8-10 hours a day), a Wayne Tenabe PVA, and regular care by myself. Silver is 100% intact, but there are a few light scratches that any regularly used horn would get and evidence of the bell bow having some very small dents removed - too small to be photographed. Valves are extremely fast, not too bouncy, all slides are free and easy to move.

This trumpet plays extremely well --- as well as any pro trumpet we've ever tried.  This trumpet is ready to go and in Excellent condition.  Please see the many detailed photos below.
